The company works closely with its customers to provide Building Compliance Services throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Our head office team and bespoke management software allow us to professionally service building estates numbering into the thousands. We organise risk assessments, site specific health & safety requirements and access before assigning one of our qualified engineers. Our services encompass TM44 air conditioning inspections, Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs), Kitchen Extract Cleaning (TR19), Asbestos Management Surveys, Water Hygiene Services (Legionella) and ESOS surveys.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and accomplished Sales Executive to create growth, gain new business and manage clients. We are looking to continue our development as major suppliers to the Facilities Management and Air Conditioning industries.
The focus of this role is to work closely with the Sales Team and Sales Director to ensure that an effective strategy is developed to deliver the necessary sales growth.
You will be expected to meet sales targets and objectives by building added-value relationships with key business contacts from Procurement to Stakeholder level.

As Sales Executive, you will report to the General Manager.

work closely with Service and Assessment Teams to ensure that account delivery is in line with customer expectations
