An Excellent opportunity for an Experience Office Administrator to join a well-established company based in London!

The Role: Office Administrator

They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join a busy Plumbing and Heating firm. You will be inputting data on our in-house system, which you will get training on.

You will be booking in work for engineers, emailing and speaking with clients.

You must be able to use outlook, word and excel.

You must have a good telephone manner and good communication skills.

You must be punctual, polite and professional at all times.

Other duties will include:

Filing, photocopying, scanning documents, faxing, keeping the office tidy.

Hours are 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday. You may also be required to work the occasionally on Saturday

You will need to be flexible with your hours as you may be required to work outside your contracted hours.
