Office Administrator/Assistant South Manchester

Office Administrator/Assistant required for a long established successful manufacturer/shopfitter based in South Manchester


Responsibilities
Typing Quotations/Sales Orders and distribute via email
Manage phone calls/emails and re-direct to the appropriate person
General office admin tasks including keeping filing up to date, organised and readily available.
Maintain and update databases
Track & order office supplies
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

An interest in Marketing to provide support to our external marketing team with social media, website, newsletters would also be advantageous though by no means essential


Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office administrator/assistant
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organisational skills
Professional and courteous telephone manner essential
Good all-rounder in aspects of time management, pro-activity and priority planning
The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
Maintain a high degree of quality & accuracy in work


37.5 hrs per week
(8.50 ph to 9.00 ph dependent on experience)
