Customer service supervisor/Administration

We are looking to recruit an addition to our expanding customer care team at our Oldham based head office working 40 hpw over 5 shifts, the role includes weekends the applicant would need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business. We are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and will work to ensure all customer have a positive shopping experience.

This role includes but not limited to the following tasks:

Dealing directly with customers via phone email or live chat in a positive manor with queries, full training given.
Taking orders for customer
Printing orders, invoicing and dispatching
General clerical duties e.g filing, achieving

We are looking for:

Good written skills and the ability to prepare work to a high standard
Friendly and motivated at all times and positive attitude
High level of customer service/care skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi task
Ability to work effectively with a range of people
Competent and IT proficiency- full training given on our computer system
Adhere to company procedures and policies

Salary depending on experience good prospects for development
