Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in Tewkesbury!
The company is an IT technical services business providing best-of-breed Support, Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment & Installation services to the biggest and brightest technology businesses in the world.
Role: Customer Service Administrator
Based in Tewkesbury
The role will be to work as part of our Customer Service Team in a busy office environment handling customer’s enquiry via telephone, email and liaising with Field Service Engineers.
Essential to the role – Excellent communication skills and MS Office knowledge.
Applicants should ideally have previous Customer Service backgrounds.
Successful applicant will also receive training on our bespoke administration package.
Hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday with one-hour unpaid lunch break.
Permanent full-time position.
Salary £16,010 per year
