About the Role

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experiences. You will be part of a Customer Service team who are the primary point of contacts for their customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Primary Contact: Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Problem Resolution: Use your initiative to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions at the first point of contact
• Records Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our Service Management system

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service environment is beneficial but not always essential. Full training for the role and customer expectation will be provided.
• Tech Savvy: Competency in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly, training will be given on our bespoke Service Management system.
