Customer service/Administration/Customer support working from home

The company are looking to recruit an addition to their expanding customer care team at their Oldham based head office working 40 hpw, the role includes opportunities to develop working as part of the out of office customer support giving flexibility of working from home during evenings and weekend cover. The applicant would need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business. They are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and will work to ensure all customer have a positive shopping experience.

This role includes but not limited to the following tasks:

• Dealing directly with customers via phone email or live chat in a positive manor with queries, full training given.
• Taking orders for customer
• Printing orders, invoicing and dispatching
• General clerical duties e.g filing, achieving

We are looking for:

• Good written skills and the ability to prepare work to a high standard
• Friendly and motivated at all times and positive attitude
• High level of customer service/care skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
• Ability to work effectively with a range of people
• Competent and IT proficiency- full training given on our computer system
• Adhere to company procedures and policies
