About the Role:
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will:
• Operate DMG lathe machines with precision and efficiency.
• Read and accurately interpret engineering documentation.
• Optimize production techniques to maximize efficiency and output.
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot CNC programs when necessary.
• Occasionally support CNC milling on Hurco machines as required.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in CNC Lathe Operations: Previous experience is highly valued, but if you are technically inclined and passionate about engineering, we want to hear from you!
• Engineering Talent: Whether you’re an experienced professional or have a natural aptitude for engineering, your enthusiasm and commitment are what count.
• Mathematical and Technical Skills: A good head for numbers and the ability to understand technical drawings will be a strong advantage.
• Computer Literacy: Basic IT skills are essential.
